- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet according to established guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Ensure food items are fresh, properly stocked, and labeled
- Monitor and replenish coffee, beverages, and condiments
- Clear tables and clean up breakfast area during service
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
