We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Practice Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational needs of our growing practice.

Position Summary
The Practice Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting practice operations through inventory management, supply chain coordination, facilities support, vendor communication, and administrative assistance. This role works closely with practice leadership to ensure supplies, equipment, and operational processes are managed effectively while providing administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Management
- Monitor inventory levels for medical and office supplies.
- Coordinate ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas.
- Track supply usage and communicate replenishment needs.
- Assist with vendor communications and purchasing activities.
Facilities & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests and repairs.
- Serve as a liaison with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with office equipment management and troubleshooting.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with invoice processing, billing support, and administrative recordkeeping.
- Support operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
- Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling coordination, and special projects.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Compliance & Organization
- Assist with maintaining practice policies and operational procedures.
- Support HIPAA compliance and workplace safety initiatives.
- Help ensure operational processes are followed consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative, inventory management, office coordination, or healthcare support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred.

- Hourly Rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
