POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Fairfield’s corporate B2B marketing communications across multiple customer segments including residential, commercial, senior living, and to-the-trade audiences. This role works closely with the SVP of Marketing to develop and execute targeted email campaigns, maintain audience segmentation and data hygiene, and ensure consistent brand messaging across communications. This position also serves as the day-to-day internal contact with the company’s external social media team, helping coordinate messaging and campaign alignment across digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, create, schedule, and deploy B2B email marketing campaigns across residential, commercial, senior living, and to-the-trade audiences.
- Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing on campaign messaging, tone, creative direction, and content development.
- Draft and edit email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate creative assets and campaign materials for email distribution.
List Management & Data Hygiene
- Maintain and manage segmented email lists across multiple customer categories.
- Ensure list hygiene including contact accuracy, compliance, unsubscribes, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain audience segments to support targeted communications and engagement.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement.
- Prepare and distribute monthly email performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Social Media Coordination
- Serve as the primary internal liaison with Fairfield’s external social media team.
- Coordinate campaign messaging, timing, and creative alignment between email and social channels.
Marketing Support
- Support broader marketing initiatives including product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across outbound communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or email marketing preferred.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM/database management.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and communicate insights clearly.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
