Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine janitorial tasks.
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to deliver consistent quality and hygiene standards.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment effectively, ensuring all tools are maintained in excellent condition for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
