About the Role:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence? As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless guest experiences and smooth hotel operations. From front desk to housekeeping, maintenance to marketing—you’ll lead with energy, precision, and a commitment to Marriott’s world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Purpose: Interview, hire, train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service aligned with Marriott brand values.
- Drive Performance: Monitor daily reports (P&L, STAR, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, NOI) and assist in revenue management strategies.
- Guest Satisfaction: Track GSS scores and inspire the team to exceed guest expectations and brand benchmarks.
- Financial Oversight: Support budgeting, invoice processing, and monthly P&L reviews.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all departments—Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing.
- Training & Development: Complete Marriott brand training modules and ensure team compliance with brand standards.
- HR & Compliance: Participate in hiring, orientation, coaching, and disciplinary procedures. Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure adherence to CDC and Marriott cleaning protocols across all public and guest areas.
- Emergency Preparedness: Oversee safety procedures including fire alarms, power outages, and other emergency protocols.

What You Bring:
- High school diploma (some college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of hotel supervisory experience

- Marriott experience is a plus!
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and move throughout the property for extended periods.
