Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Manager to join our team in Pottstown, PA. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring timely project delivery, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and resources while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and operational activities
- Ensure timely project delivery and effective resource management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals
- Implement strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage budgets, optimize workflows, and monitor performance metrics
- Supervise team performance and support employee development
- Contribute to strategic planning and organizational goals
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience in process improvement, operational planning, and resource allocation
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate across functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Procore or equivalent software programs
- Experience with precast concrete manufacturing or construction management is a plus
