We’re looking for an_ Evening Laundry/Housekeeping Attendant _to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott Newberg!
$500 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment.
Laundry Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and bedding to Marriott brand standards
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all linens
- Track and report low inventory, damaged items, or equipment issues
- Organize, stock, and distribute clean linens to housekeeping carts and storage areas
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to Marriott brand standards
- Make beds, change linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and remove trash
- Complete daily room assignments within expected timeframes
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues in guest rooms
General Expectations
- Move between laundry and housekeeping duties based on daily operational needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry and work areas
- Complete various deep cleaning projects as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests when encountered
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work nights
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Exceptional customer service
- Hotel experience preferred (but not required)
