Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with residential painting projects as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with clients or tenants.
- Maintain mechanical knowledge to support various manufacturing processes.
Skills
- Proficient in electrical systems with hands-on experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge applicable to diverse maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
