Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and guest interactions.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist guests with special requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night shifts.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
• Experience in night audit processes is a significant advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Proficiency in front desk operations, including familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Knowledge of resort operations is a plus.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interaction.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
