Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Aides to join our educational community across middle school, high school, and elementary levels. In this vital role, you will work closely with teachers, students, and families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Your primary focus will be assisting students with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special education requirements. You will help implement individualized education plans (IEPs), support classroom activities, and foster positive behavior management strategies. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents while gaining valuable experience in education.
