We are seeking a full-time Clinic Relations Manager to be an externally facing growth role responsible for driving adoption, engagement, and revenue generation across assigned fertility clinic partners. This role functions as an outside sales and market growth leader responsible for driving measurable adoption and revenue within assigned fertility clinic partnerships. This role is accountable for generating user registrations, increasing program utilization, and producing sales growth through proactive external engagement.
Success in this role requires consistent field presence, relationship development, and conversion of clinic engagement into quantifiable business outcomes.
Key performance measures include:
- User registrations generated from assigned clinic partners
- Sales and revenue performance attributable to territory activity
- Growth in program utilization and volume
- Conversion of clinic engagement into patient participation
- Successful activation and onboarding of clinic partners
The Clinic Relations Manager is expected to actively manage a growth pipeline and deliver defined market expansion results within their territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary external relationship owner for assigned partner
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits to drive engagement and utilization
- Identify growth opportunities within each partner and develop targeted expansion plans
- Educate clinical and administrative teams on programs, processes, and value drivers
- Proactively manage pipeline activity tied to partner engagement
- Drive measurable conversion from partner interaction to patient action
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relations, territory management, or account management role, preferably in the healthcare or fertility industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)
