Fairfax Cryobank serves clients nationwide and around the globe. We are seeking a full-time Medical Front Desk Administrative Assistant at our Miami, FL location.
Candidates must project a warm, confident, and professional image in-person and over the phone. Candidates must be outgoing, personable, flexible, and extremely organized. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical. A willingness to learn and desire to grow the practice is essential. The candidate must be a time management star, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess the capacity to “read” patients and have a goal-oriented mindset. Customer service, call-center, sales and/or marketing experience is highly desirable. Database knowledge is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting clients and donors, management of incoming calls, client billing, scheduling appointments, management of files, data entry, and additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent, however an Associate’s/ bachelor’s degree is preferred (any major)
- Must have basic customer service skills and a minimum of two years’ medical office experience is preferred
- Must be LGTBQX friendly, and comfortable working with diverse clientele
- Fluency in Spanish
