Responsibilities
- Manage and organize patient medical records in accordance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
- Ensure all medical records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Retrieve, file, and maintain both electronic and paper-based medical records efficiently and securely.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify the accuracy of medical documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information while ensuring accessibility for authorized personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to medical records for audits, billing, or legal purposes.
- Implement and adhere to data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive health information.
- Support the onboarding of new staff by providing training on medical records procedures and EHR systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare environment with familiarity in managing medical records.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping.
