What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrative Assistant position at Fahs Construction Group?
Overview: Provides essential clerical and project support to the Contract Administrator, Project Managers and Senior Leadership.
Responsible for:
Entering and maintaining contracts, purchase orders, and change orders in company systems.
Processing executed documents promptly and ensuring accurate records.
Reviewing certificates of insurance for compliance with company standards and entering the company systems.
Assisting with other tasks assigned by management.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Minimum 4 years Administrative Asst experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365
Adobe
Sage 300 CRE preferred.
Good understanding of construction terminology
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Notary Public is preferred.
Qualitative and other attributes required:
Ability to plan and organize.
Good client management and goodwill building ability.
Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
Capacity to handle pressure
Strong focus on detail and follow-through
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs frequently.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time in front of a computer.
