We are seeking a highly-motivated Quality Control Visual Inspector to join our Quality Team in Las Vegas, NV. The shift will be M - F 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
The primary purpose of the Visual Inspector role is to conduct post-production inspection on all sterile products to measure characteristics and ensure conformity to established specifications.

About The Job

The primary purpose of the Visual Inspector role is to conduct post-production inspection on all sterile products to measure characteristics and ensure conformity to established specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as be assigned.
- Performs visual product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates
- Performs 100% visual inspection on all sterile product
- AQL visual inspection of finished product
- Affix disposition labels on the drug product containers
- Keep inspection room clean and organized
- Participate and/or facilitate training as assigned by lead or supervisor
- Support internal and external audits
- Document inspection results
- Work as an independent performer and continually improves performance
- Use current labeling processes and techniques.
Qualified candidate requirements:.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience in a pharmaceutical industry or pharmacy preferred. Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) required
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Principles of mathematical and statistical computations
