What are the responsibilities and job description for the People and Culture Specialist position at Fagron?

Pay: $65,000-$80,000 USD Annually
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to both site leadership and employees on any HR related topics and activities
- Responsible for the operational daily management of HR activities
- Responsible for handling employee relations issues as they arise, such as conducting investigations and working with management to determine appropriate level of discipline as needed
- Support recruitment efforts at the site. Will work with the Talent Acquisition and Development Partner to fill openings and recruit in the Canton/Boston area
- Implement and communicate HR Policies and/or Procedures and Processes
- Maintain professional knowledge within the HR field
- Be the ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
