## About The Job

[The Carrier Performance Specialist is responsible for managing and

optimizing the company\'s parcel shipping operations with a primary

focus on UPS and FedEx performance. This role monitors shipments from

dispatch through delivery, ensures compliance with carrier agreements

and service commitments, identifies opportunities for cost recovery, and

manages all claims related to late deliveries, damaged shipments, and

service failures. The position serves as the primary liaison between the

company and parcel carriers, driving accountability, improving customer

experience, and maximizing transportation cost

• [Audit invoices and shipping activity to verify contracted pricing,

## Basic Qualifications

• [Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance,

• [3 years of experience in transportation, parcel operations,
  
  

logistics, carrier management, or freight

• [Experience working directly with UPS and FedEx shipping platforms
