What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance and Restructuring Litigation Associate - Wilmington position at Faegre Drinker?
Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a litigation associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group in our Boulder office. Our Finance & Restructuring team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation matters. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of litigation experience within an Am-Law 100 firm. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
