SENIOR MANAGER DIGITAL
Factory is seeking a Senior Manager Influencer to join our expanding digital division. We are looking for a multifaceted strategist who lives at the intersection of cultural trends and performance data, someone capable of architecting high-level social ecosystems while simultaneously getting their hands dirty in the creative details. This role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated influencer marketing programs across a diverse portfolio of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, consumer and technology brands.
In this role, you won't just be managing accounts; you will be the lead architect for how our brands show up online. This requires a sophisticated mastery of Influencer Strategy, moving beyond transactional posts to build long-term advocacy programs and high-impact casting. Working alongside PR, Social, Creative and Paid Media teams, this individual will oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously, driving influencer strategy from annual planning through execution, reporting and optimizatio The ideal candidate has a proven ability to lead "social-first" creative development, ensuring that every piece of content—whether produced by a creator or our internal team—is optimized for engagement, virality, and brand equity.
The ideal candidate is an experienced agency leader with deep expertise in creator partnerships, talent management, campaign execution, paid creator programs, and measurement. They thrive managing multiple complex workstreams, mentoring junior team members, and delivering best-in-class influencer campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
Reporting to the Director of Digital, you will serve as a key pillar in our New York office, driving innovation for a premier roster of clients across the fashion, beauty, tech, and design sectors.
PERCENTAGE OF TIME ALLOCATION
- 20% Strategy & Creative Development: Concepting "big ideas," developing strategic playbooks, and optimizing brand moments
- 50% Influencer Campaigns & Casting: Identifying and vetting talent, managing agent relationships, brief writing, and overseeing usage of content content.
- 30% Admin, Tracking & Planning: Social account management, budget tracking, performance reporting (ROI), and team resourcing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Integrated Strategy Development: Architect comprehensive 360° influencer and social-first strategies that align brand identity with platform-specific nuances (TikTok, IG, YT, etc.). Develop roadmaps, campaign strategies and creator ecosystems aligned to business objectives.
- Client Leadership: Serve as day-to-day strategic lead for multiple client accounts.
- Influencer Casting & Management: Spearhead end-to-end influencer strategy, from identifying and casting the "right" talent (beyond just the numbers) to briefing, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
- Multi-Faceted Creator Program: Manage both paid and organic creator programs across multiple simultaneous client workstreams. Guide campaign optimization using performance insights and industry best practices.
- Trend Forecasting: Constantly audit the digital landscape to suggest and implement "first-to-market" features and tools that drive brand awareness.
- Team Leadership: Mentor Digital Coordinators and Managers. Oversee campaign execution quality. Improve workflows and operational efficiencies across the Influencer division. Help evolve influencer best practices and agency capabilities.
- Advanced Analytics & Optimization: Utilize social listening and measurement tools to derive actionable insights
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically focused on digital strategy, influencer marketing, and social media management, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment, in-house experience also welcomed.
- Demonstrate a deep portfolio of work successfully launching and scaling campaigns for global brands within the fashion, beauty, tech, and design industries.
- Exhibit comprehensive expertise in the influencer landscape, including a proven ability to identify emerging talent, negotiate complex contracts, and maintain high-level relationships with talent agencies.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in developing large-scale content marketing strategies, including the ability to define distinct brand voices, aesthetic guidelines, and organic growth tactics.
- Prove a mastery of the production process, including experience briefing creative teams, overseeing on-set production for social shoots, and managing post-production workflows.
- Show advanced technical knowledge of social media analytics platforms and reporting software to translate complex data sets into clear, executive-level insights.
- Display exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments, manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously, and meet rigorous deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a passion for educating junior staff members on the evolving digital landscape and industry best practices.
