Roles We're Hiring For
Sales Manager You've led a sales team in building materials or construction supply. You know how to set targets, develop reps, and build a pipeline. You're not just managing — you're driving growth.
Inside & Outside Sales You know contractors, you know product, and you know how to earn a customer's loyalty. Whether you're working the phones and counter or in the field building relationships, you bring energy and follow-through.
Location Managers You've run a branch, a shop, or a location. You own your P&L, hold your team accountable, and understand that market share is earned one contractor relationship at a time. You're entrepreneurial, hands-on, and hungry.
Structural Steel Specialists You can estimate a structural package, read erection drawings, coordinate fabrication, and talk to a GC about connections and schedule without missing a beat. You've worked in the shop, in the field, or both.
