Founding Recruiter - Schaumburg, IL USA

We're hiring a Founding Recruiter in Schaumburg, IL

We're launching our U.S. team and looking for a builder who can own both recruiting and People functions from scratch.

This is not just a recruiting role.

You will define how we hire and build our People/HR foundation in the U.S.

🚀What you'll do

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution

• Build and scale proactive sourcing channels (LinkedIn, etc.)

• Partner with leadership and Japanese HR team on hiring plans and org design

• Design and implement recruiting processes from 0→1

• Build and own People/HR operations (policies, onboarding, compliance, etc.)

• A person who understands and appreciates high-performance, sales-driven cultures

⚠️Must-haves

• 2 years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition / People roles

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing

• Experience building recruiting or HR processes from scratch

• Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment

• Strong communication skills in English

• Must be able to commute to the Schaumburg office.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

💰Compensation:

OTE: $70K–$120K depending on experience and performance.

Breakdown:

• 87.5% base salary, paid in 24 installments (bi-weekly payments)
• 12.5% variable commission, capped at 200% KPI achievement
