Schedule (Example Only):
- Start: 5:00–8:00 p.m.
- End: 1:00–4:00 a.m.
(Your exact schedule may change based on your area and hours.)
What You’ll Do:
- Clean buildings and work sites each night
- Follow the cleaning checklist for each location
- Make sure every job is done right
What Success Looks Like:
- At least 3 positive reviews each quarter
- No more than 2 customer complaints
- Finish jobs on time or faster
- Example: A 2-hour job should be done in 2 hours or less
