Job Summary
The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of facility maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks. This role requires hands-on skills across multiple trades—including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and basic electrical work. We’re looking for a reliable, motivated professional who is committed to safety, teamwork, and delivering outstanding service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and infrastructure.
Replace belts and filters on air-handling units.
Patch and repair minor holes or cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound.
Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
Paint interior and exterior surfaces, structures, and equipment as needed.
Repair and maintain concrete flooring, steps, and sidewalks.
Inspect and repair damaged interior surfaces and fixtures.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery as assigned.
Follow all company safety, health, and accident-prevention policies while maintaining accurate records.
Keep assigned areas clean and presentable while assisting fellow maintenance team members when needed.
Perform additional duties in alignment with skill set and operational needs.

Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of related maintenance experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to pass a local background check and obtain/maintain NACI/LAC clearance after hire.
Valid state driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Physical Requirements
