Job Summary
FSI is looking for a Project Manager for Facility Services Management Inc. with responsibility for providing technical advice and guidance regarding government contract programs that include strength management, personnel readiness, replacement operations, maintenance operations, awards, evaluations, separations, personnel actions, mobilization plans/exercises, management records, equal opportunity for the HR management program for current employee population.
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepares necessary supporting documentation for decision makers to include staff actions and other forms of correspondence. Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends, deficiencies and accomplishments, PDR and annual budget. Serves as a subject matter expert to supervisors and co-workers with respect to assigned duties. Analyzes management issues and problems and develops recommendations and alternative solutions; integrate and coordinate maintenance concepts and proposed policies and procedures with other functional specialties such as supply, transportation, automatic data processing, and financial management, also serves as technical consultant relative to logistics functions to include sustainment, fielding, repairs, operations, support, training, and preparation of reports.
Additional duties:
- Employee activist/mediator for and between HR and payroll
- Mediator and liaison between the company and the union.
- Manage the projects budget, stay within the budget guidelines and report quarterly.
- Time sheet- generation, tracking, validation, maintaining.
- Employee benefits-FMLA, STD, WC, 401k (docs, loans, etc.).
- VIP –reconciliation, invoicing, maintaining exemplary records.
- Maintain and track Over Head.
- In processing/Out processing of employees.
- Performance Management.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree; Engineering Degree; or five to ten years related, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Must have valid Driver License with an insurable driving record.
- Must be able to pass a local background check and have the ability to obtain and maintain NAC/LAC clearance after hire.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Maximo, DMLSS, Vista systems and Paycom.
- Federal government contracting experience preferred.
