Key Responsibilities
· Build rapport with subcontractors and clients.
· Manage client bid requests.
· Request project pricing and verify scope of work.
· Develop proposals for clients.
· Coordinate sold projects with subcontractors and clients.
· Follow up before, during and after the project with subcontractors and clients.
· Process subcontractor invoices and prepare client invoices for and A/R and A/P.
· General filing and office procedures.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications. We utilize a cloud-based system to include Microsoft 365 products and Act (CRM platform)
