Position Summary:
The Custodian cleans and maintains assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by requirements and business needs.
Essential Functions:
- Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and company regulations
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment
- Properly cleans and maintains multiple areas as assigned
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
- Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
- Frequently removes dusts and debris from high and low surfaces
- Completes any daily paperwork required
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
- Cleaning the restrooms a Kitchenette and office areas. Sweeping, mopping and dusting
Industrial Cleaning to include high dusting, and cleaning outside decks

Qualifications:
- Previous custodial experience preferred but not required
- The ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb stairs as needed are required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be at least 18 years old.
