Aesthetic Injector

Facial Aesthetics is seeking a passionate and energetic Aesthetic Injector to join our Fort Collins team. As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for administering cosmetic treatments to patients in alignment with their aesthetic goals, enhancing their appearance, and ensuring patient satisfaction through personalized care and attention to detail. As a Registered Nurse, you will also be a part of our Wellness Team, delivering hormone replacement therapy, GLPs, Vitamin Injections, and performing lab draws as needed. You will work closely with our medical team to deliver safe and effective aesthetic procedures in a supportive and professional environment.

Position Requirements

• Consult with clients to assess their aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Provide recommendations and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Perform Aesthetic and Wellness treatments and procedures including but not limited to; Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, GLPs, Pellet Insertions, Blood Draws, and other aesthetic rejuvenation treatments.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment results, adjusting techniques as necessary.
• Educate clients on skincare and post-treatment care instructions.
• Respond to patient questions and employee concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Uphold clinic standards for cleanliness, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques in aesthetic medicine.
• Assist with special projects, events, Grass Roots marketing and promotions as needed.
• Adhere to all corporate, departmental, and operational policies and procedures.
• Possess a working knowledge of all Facial Aesthetics services and products.
• Attend continuing education opportunities as needed
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Maintain patient confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
• Communicate with Clinic Manager regarding inventory needs
• Meet monthly KPI’s set by the management team

Education and/or Skills Required

• Valid RN/BSN/NP/PA license in the State of Colorado
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin conditions, and cosmetic procedures
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain patient confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
• Commitment to maintaining professional development and continuing education in aesthetic medicine.

This is an hourly and commissioned role with additional monthly bonus potential.
