Aesthetic and Wellness Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Facial Aesthetics is growing, and we are seeking a passionate and energetic Aesthetic and Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As an Aesthetic and Wellness Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for administering cosmetic and wellness treatments to patients in alignment with their aesthetic and wellness goals, enhancing their appearance, and ensuring patient satisfaction through personalized care and attention to detail. You will work closely with our medical team to deliver safe and effective aesthetic and wellness procedures in a supportive and professional environment.

Position Requirements

• Consult with patients to assess their aesthetic and wellness goals and review their medical history
• Provide recommendations and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, provide ongoing follow-up and medication management adjusting care based on clinical response, lab findings, side effects and patient goals
• Perform Aesthetic and Wellness treatments and procedures according to Facial Aesthetics Protocol including but not limited to; Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, GLPs, HRT Pellet Insertions, Blood Draws, order and interpret labs, and other aesthetic rejuvenation treatments.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment results, adjusting techniques as necessary.
• Manage prescription renewals, medication questions, abnormal lab results, and clinical escalations in a timely manner, and maintain complete and accurate documentation for all Wellness and Aesthetic encounters.
• Respond to patient questions and employee concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Uphold clinic standards for cleanliness, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques in aesthetic medicine.
• Serve as a key clinical resource for the growth of Facial Aesthetics’ Wellness program, partnering with the Director of Wellness to implement established protocols, workflows, and quality standards.
• Help educate Arizona clinic teams on Aesthetic & Wellness services and referral opportunities, and support patient acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Assist with special projects, events, Grass Roots marketing and promotions as needed.
• Adhere to all corporate, departmental, and operational policies and procedures.
• Possess a working knowledge of all Facial Aesthetics services and products.
• Attend continuing education opportunities as needed
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Maintain patient confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
• Communicate with Clinic Manager regarding inventory needs
• Meet monthly KPI’s set by the management team

Education and/or Skills Required

• Valid NP license in the State of Arizona
• Ability to obtain and maintain DEA registration and other registrations required for prescribing controlled substances, as applicable to assigned services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
• Experience in medical weight management, GLP-1 therapy, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, or lab interpretation is a plus, as is experience in a cash-pay, concierge, wellness, or aesthetics-focused practice.

Compensation

Salary plus monthly bonus potential

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
