What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher position at FACE Children's Center?
Preschool Teacher needed as 3rd teacher for class of 10-16 children ages 3-4 years old. FACE Children's Center is non-profit Preschool in Natick. FACE Children's Center opened in 1970 and has provided full year consistent, engaging, supportive care and education ever since. FACE has a staff of 12 committed and passionate educators. We aim for a joyful work environment in which all staff collaborate in the best interest of the children and families. We have wonderful outdoor space which includes a playground, raised garden, open field, mud kitchen and fairy garden. Our outdoor experiences are an important part of our program and curriculum. FACE Teachers create their theme-based emergent curriculum with support and encouragement of our Executive Director. Preschool Teacher certification through The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is required. If candidate does not yet have EEC Teacher Certification, we can help facilitate the start of that process. Starting rate of pay $20. Experience, certification, education will increase rate offered. Parent communication and family events are another special part of FACE. Additionally, we have a cook and food program.
