KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, and vendor management
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability
- Drive patient flow optimization without compromising experience
- Manage financial performance, KPIs, and reporting
- Ensure compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with the physician-owner on strategy, growth, and performance
- Lead team development, culture, and accountability
- Align marketing efforts with operational execution and conversion
- Support technology, EMR reporting, and AI/automation initiatives

- 5–10 years of experience in medical practice management (aesthetics, plastic surgery, or related preferred)
- Proven success in operational optimization and financial oversight

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
