Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Project Manager to assist a senior PM in leading large-scale facade restoration, roofing, and waterproofing projects from inception through completion. we are looking for three years minimum experience within the facade restoration industry. This position sits in Englewood NJ with an office in NYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation
Qualifications
- Support field operations and site supervision
- Track project budgets, change orders, and procurement
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Help prepare reports, proposals, and closeout documentation
Required
- Minimum 3 years experience in roofing, waterproofing, or façade restoration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
Preferred / A Plus
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York, New Jersey, and/or Connecticut
- SPRAT Level 2 or higher certification
- Spanish speaking a plus
