Primary Responsibilities:
FAC is seeking an IT Manager, Enterprise Applications to ensure systems are reliable, secure, well-documented, and integrated to support the needs of FAC’s growing organization. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to align technology capabilities with organizational goals. Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations teams to improve workflows and ensure systems support evolving business processes.
The IT Manager, Enterprise Applications will oversee and optimize the suite of SaaS platforms that power our business operations. This role is responsible for the administration, governance, and strategic development of key corporate systems including Human Capital Management (Dayforce), General Ledger (Acumatica), Contract Lifecycle Management (Agiloft), Financial Close (Blackline), Lease Accounting (FinQuery), and our Microsoft 365 digital workplace collaboration environment.
Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary system administrator for FAC’s portfolio of SaaS applications, ensuring availability, performance, and compliance with internal governance standards.
Integration Management
- Configure, maintain, and monitor integrations between systems (e.g., Dayforce ↔ Acumatica, Agiloft ↔ M365) to enable efficient data flow and reduce manual effort.
Vendor Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for SaaS vendors, managing support escalations, renewals, service delivery, and roadmap discussions.
Road Mapping and Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to create system roadmaps that align with organizational priorities and improve user experience and data consistency.
Documentation
- Maintain clear, accessible documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and system capabilities.
Change Management
- Coordinate application updates, configuration changes, and releases to ensure proper testing, communication, and minimal disruption to users.
Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot complex technical and business process issues, partnering with internal teams and vendors to drive timely resolution.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS applications.
- Hands-on experience administering at least two of the following: Dayforce, Acumatica, Agiloft, Blackline, FinQuery, or Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and integration concepts.
- Experience with identity and access management, audit controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of vendor management and leading cross-functional collaboration.
