JOB DESCRIPTION INFORMATION:

  • To debug complex electronic assemblies to component level using various equipment including but not limited to o'scopes, meters, computer controlled test equipment. Specially, concentrate on Flying Probe and ICT failure troubleshooting/debug
  • To test complex boards and assemblies using test processes and procedures whenever required
  • Participate on the FP programming process
  • Setup new programs if required

PURPOSE:

Work closely with Test/Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing to support and improve manufacturing operations, including testing electronic assemblies to component level.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Working from blueprint, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures
  • Determine acceptance or rejection or rework requirements of a part.
  • Assist others in correcting or preventing deficiencies in quality of workmanship.
  • Perform related work as assigned.
  • Supporting all TE activities on FP/TCF Test for all customers, specially Infinera/Rocket account
  • Communicate with internal/external customers to solve any issue related and feedback to production for any concurrent issue. Working with technicians on setup new test requirement. Interfacing with customer on any test related issue

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

REQUIRED Basic Qualifications : In General:

  • Testing all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, regression and service.
  • Work with development team to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management
  • Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
  • Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people.
    Focus on:
  • Debug and troubleshooting system to PCBA component levels.
  • Able to review and analysis 3-strike cases.
  • Communicate with different functional departments to conduct an investigation on RMA cases for and write a FA report based on customer requirement
  • Process, schedule, and follow up on outstanding RMA cases to completion

PREFERRED Qualifications:

  • Familiar on SMT, Xray, Structural Tests
  • Broad knowledge and experience about optical network
  • 5 year CM experience on test processes

Education or Training:

College with 5 year experience or 2 year degree in EE or new graduate candidate
