Essential Functions
- Reconcile inventory and multiple bank accounts monthly.
- Assist with reconciling and filing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tax returns.
- Prepare and file annual property tax declarations.
- Monitor and verify customer exemption statuses.
- Assist with filing the annual Tier II report.
- Timely file annual licensing for convenience stores, including tobacco, liquor, food, and fuel.
- Audit petty cash throughout the company monthly.
- Process daily drafts and reconcile credit card transactions.
- Post customer Zipline credits to wholesale accounts.
- Post weekly wholesale customer activity (CE, Loadtrack, APV).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Take reasonable care of personal health and safety at work.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
