Fabel Repair Center is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Diesel Shop Foreman to lead our team. We currently have both 1st and 2nd shift leadership opportunities available.
This position is ideal for a strong diesel technician ready to step into a leadership role — guiding technicians, managing workflow, and making sure every truck leaves the shop repaired correctly and efficiently.
The Foreman serves as the key communication link between technicians, service advisors, and the parts department, keeping the shop organized and productive while maintaining the high-quality standards we’re known for.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support diesel technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly
- Plan and assign daily workload to technicians
- Monitor job progress and technician time to maintain productivity
- Coordinate with service advisors and the parts department to keep repairs moving
- Ensure repairs meet company quality and safety standards
- Maintain an organized and efficient shop environment
- Assist with diagnostics or smaller jobs when needed (such as DOT inspections)
- Enforce shop safety standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex repairs and support technicians when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Strong experience repairing medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks
- Leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Knowledge of shop safety practices and repair procedures
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with diagnostic software
