Fab Medical Aesthetics is seeking a high-performing Medical Spa Manager/Operations Lead to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and elevate the patient experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily medspa operations, including scheduling, team coordination, inventory, vendors, and operational costs
- Assist the business owner with operational and administrative tasks to support business growth
- Work consistently in line with established workflows and SOPs
- Coach and develop a high-performing team through feedback, clear expectations, and recognition
- Drive sales across memberships, service packages, and retail; support upselling and client retention strategies
- Track KPIs and ensure team accountability
- Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences and handle escalated concerns professionally
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned environment
- Adapt confidently to change, solve challenges proactively, and keep the team motivated

REQUIRED Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or beauty/salon environment
- Strong understanding of aesthetic services, including injectables, skincare, and aesthetic devices
- Experience with booking and practice management systems (Boulevard preferred)
