Responsibilities include: Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate components accurately. Cut, bend, tie, weld, and assemble rebar and other materials according to specifications. Inspect rebar cages, parts, and finished assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy. Operate fabrication equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Preferred Qualifications Include: Ability to read tape measure, and blue prints Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to operate machinery safely Ability to work overtime when required Troubleshooting skills Physical Requirements: Move minimum of 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, walk, climb, bend at the waist, reach, forceful use of hand tools, vocal projection Work Environment: Typical industrial hazard varying climates, dust, noise and moving machinery.
