Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations of student residences, such as move-in or move-out processes, maintenance, inspections, and safety
- Engaging in resident relations, acting as primary contacts for students and parents, enforcing rules, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive living environments
- Handling rent collection, budgeting, leasing, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and university housing policies
- Hiring and overseeing building staff, such as leasing agents or resident assistants, and acting as contact for Campus Security Authority
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in student housing property management
- Exceptional skill in managing, organizing, and processing resident and leasing documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse student populations, parents, and contractors
- Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, etc.)
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
