Role Description The F45 Trainer is a part time, on-site role based in Prosper, TX. In this role, the Trainer leads high-energy group sessions, demonstrates safe and effective exercise techniques, and motivates members throughout each class to help them achieve their fitness goals. The Trainer is responsible for setting up and breaking down equipment, monitoring member performance, and providing form corrections and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with members before and after sessions, contributing to a positive studio culture, and supporting member retention through exceptional customer service. The Trainer may also assist with basic administrative duties, participate in community events, and collaborate with the studio team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong group training and coaching skills, including the ability to lead high-intensity functional training sessions and provide clear exercise demonstrations.
- Knowledge of strength and conditioning, HIIT principles, and safe movement patterns, with the ability to scale workouts for various fitness levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on member engagement, motivation, and customer service in a team-based environment.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills to support class scheduling, member check-ins, and studio operations.
- Current fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA or equivalent) and CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy studio setting and collaborating closely with other trainers and studio leadership.
- Previous experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or coaching is strongly preferred; experience in boutique or functional training environments is a plus.
