- Manage the task force of Level 1-3 network engineers and admins.
- Drive training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with system, cloud, and security teams.
- Define enterprise network strategy (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, security).
- Align network design with business continuity and scalability goals.
- Oversee hybrid networking (on-prem cloud: Azure).
- Forecast network infrastructure budgets.
- Negotiate contracts with Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, and ISPs.
- Manage licensing and compliance for network hardware/software.
- High-level design for Cisco routing/switching, wireless, and security.
- Oversee Cisco Client deployments for NAC and identity-based access.
- Manage Fortinet SD-WAN, firewall clusters, and security policies.
- Enterprise wireless strategy using Cisco WLC, DNA Center, and RF planning.
- Implement secure onboarding and guest access via Client.
- Azure networking governance (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways).
- Hybrid connectivity and security integration.
- Define automation standards using Ansible, Python, and APIs.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for network provisioning.
- Implement Zero Trust and segmentation strategies.
