Overview
We are looking for a highly professional IT VIP Support Technician to provide white-glove technical support to executives and senior leadership. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication, discretion, and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, high-touch IT support to executives and VIP users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly
- Perform system setup, upgrades, and migrations for VIP users
- Support mobile devices (iOS/Android), laptops, and conferencing tools
- Ensure minimal downtime and prioritize VIP requests
- Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and issue resolution
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Provide support for meetings, conference rooms, and AV setups
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of IT support experience (deskside or field support)
- Experience supporting executives or high-priority users
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications
- Experience with Windows and macOS environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Teams
- Experience supporting AV and conferencing technologies
