Overview

We are looking for a highly professional IT VIP Support Technician to provide white-glove technical support to executives and senior leadership. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication, discretion, and responsiveness.


Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated, high-touch IT support to executives and VIP users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly
  • Perform system setup, upgrades, and migrations for VIP users
  • Support mobile devices (iOS/Android), laptops, and conferencing tools
  • Ensure minimal downtime and prioritize VIP requests
  • Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and issue resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Provide support for meetings, conference rooms, and AV setups


Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of IT support experience (deskside or field support)
  • Experience supporting executives or high-priority users
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications
  • Experience with Windows and macOS environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Teams
  • Experience supporting AV and conferencing technologies
