Onsite Data Center Technician

- Experience working in a data center environment and protocols (versus corporate IT server rooms)
- Server troubleshooting experience (Client, Dell)
- Server rack and stack capable (e.g., able to safely lift 50 lbs )
- Comfortable working with Linux operating system command line interface (Rocky Linux, specifically)
- Good communication skills - verbal, Slack and e-mail
- Basic network troubleshooting experience (physical links, etc.)
- Logical, methodical and organized cabling experience
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with Dell servers series and tool sets (idrac)
- Network architecture/build experience
