What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
- Strong communication, follow-through, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
