ABOUT THE ROLE
F&M Trust is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join its Greater Capital Region Wealth Management team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly respected, well-established, independent community bank recognized for its integrity and client-focused approach. The territory will primarily span from Newville to Harrisburg and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, develop personalized financial strategies, and guide them toward achieving their long-term financial goals.
You will leverage your expertise to:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide comprehensive wealth management solutions including investment, trust, and estate planning.
- Originate new business through strategic networking and referral sources.
- Meet and exceed sales and service goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, with a business-related focus, preferred.
- Possesses related Securities Licenses and/or CTFA (Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or willingness and ability to obtain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire and drive to provide best-in-class customer service.
- Great soft skills.
- Ability to present technical material effectively with clients and prospects.
- Proficient with Excel and Word, and ability to learn other bank technology.
- Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy to target prospects and build a network of key decision makers and centers of influence.
