What You'll Do
As a Senior Financial Services Representative, you will:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding service during every interaction.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Open, maintain, and service consumer deposit accounts.
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service technology.
- Identify opportunities to discuss products and services that align with customer needs and financial goals.
- Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Help strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship-building and personalized service.

Qualifications
