ABOUT THE ROLE
F&M is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist to join the Treasury and Business Services team. This individual will be responsible for performing various portfolio management, customer service, and administrative functions essential to the department. This individual may perform on-site or virtual customer visits to perform installations of equipment and provide training to the customers, provide a variety of customer service activities to customers, work with and test new bank technology relevant to the function of the department, prepare materials for team members who secure new relationships, prepare reports for the department manager, and more.
LOCATION
This position will report to the Treasury, Deposit, and Business Services Manager and will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience with systems such as QuickBooks, IBS, or XAA are bonus factors.
- Must possess strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills and be interested in using technology in the role.
- Strong communicator.
- Customer service oriented.
- Highly attentive to details and organized.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
