What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Mortgage Disclosure Specialist position at F&M Trust?
ABOUT THE ROLE
This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to the preparation of residential mortgage loan documents. Including preparing all initial and revised disclosure documents in accordance with federal, state, and bank regulations policies and procedures. While also providing the loan officer and customers with support and assistance relating to loan application packets.
LOCATION
This position will report to Chambersburg, PA or another available office location within the Capital Region. A hybrid working arrangement is available following a satisfactory introductory period and successful demonstration of key accountabilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience with consumer and real estate lending/loan processing experience and related operations functions or equivalent combination in financial services and/or lending industry strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of lending regulations and guidelines is also required.
- Must possess strong Excel, Word, and Outlook and be interested in using technology in the role.
- Highly attentive to details and organized.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work independently.
