Commercial Services Relationship Manager, Lancaster County Market
F&M Trust has a meaningful presence in Lancaster County, and we are ready to build on that foundation. With the recent retirement of a tenured Commercial Lender, we are expanding our commercial banking efforts and looking for an experienced relationship manager who knows the market, values community banking, and enjoys helping local businesses thrive.
If you bring strong business development skills, deep relationships, and a consultative approach, you will have the opportunity to grow a portfolio, expand full relationships, and represent F&M Trust throughout Lancaster County.
What you will do
As a Commercial Services Relationship Manager, you will:
- Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio by identifying, cultivating, and retaining business relationships.
- Secure commercial deposits, generate fee income, and deepen relationships through cross selling and referrals.
- Partner closely with Treasury Management to deliver the full commercial relationship.
- Build and maintain relationships with centers of influence, including CPAs, attorneys, commercial realtors, economic development contacts, and other community partners.
- Provide thoughtful guidance and solutions to business clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Represent F&M Trust in the market through networking, community involvement, and professional engagement.
What you will bring
Minimum qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of commercial lending or business banking experience, with demonstrated business development results.
- Strong familiarity with, and a well-established network within, Lancaster County and surrounding business communities.
- Comfort initiating conversations, building relationships, and expanding centers of influence.
- A relationship focused approach and desire to serve clients in an advisory capacity.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the market.
Experience level, compensation, and portfolio expectations will be commensurate with proven results.
