What You’ll Do
- Manage your own freight desk — post loads, book carriers, communicate with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates and ensure smooth pickups/deliveries
- Operate under F&M’s authority with full backend support
- Earn weekly commission payouts (no cap)
- Use our TMS, factoring, and systems to run efficiently

What We’re Looking For
- 1 year freight or dispatch experience (preferred but not required)

- Drive to create real income through consistent effort
Compensation
- 60/40 split (Agent/Company)
- 70/30 split for those bringing an active book of business
- Paid weekly
- Unlimited earning potential — you decide your income
