ADMINISTRATOR
STARTING WAGE: 25/HR
LOCATION: Carson, WA

Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required -- as long as you're the right person, we'll teach you everything you need to know to exceed standards for work quality and guest happiness. To be successful, you will be a reliable, enthusiastic multitasker who can work independently as well as get along with your team and help out where needed.

Responsibilities include:
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and records management to maintain organized office operations.
Multitask and prioritize to adjust to changing circumstances and complete multiple assignments despite interruption
Process invoices
Prepare cash for deposits
Maintain merchandise inventory
Qualifications:
Computer proficiency; ability to operate basic office equipment
Basic math, reading/writing, and comprehension skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Available to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience in general administrative or clerical roles, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting senior management or executive teams.
Knowledge of records management best practices and office filing systems.
